DENVER AIRPORT CHALLENGE

In this hackathon, I developed an interactive PowerBI dashboard connecting ServiceNow enhancement requests with Azure DevOps features, tailored to the needs of customers and internal teams. The customer dashboard provided real-time updates and request progress to foster transparency, while the internal team dashboard enabled efficient tracking of developer allocation, workload distribution, and task prioritization. This solution earned recognition from Denver Airport stakeholders, who requested our work for potential implementation, showcasing its practical impact and scalability.
